Jonathan vs. Bouchard

It is one of the most famous fights in the long and often brutal rivalry between the Boston Bruins and Montreal Canadiens. Stan Jonathan walloped Pierre Bouchard in this bloody battle. Bouchard, son of Habs legend Butch Bouchard, was a pretty nice 5 or 6 slot defenseman who needed to be physical to keep his job. He was never quite the same after taking this beating from Stan Johnathan!

You're totally out to lunch when you say Bouchard wasn't the same after this fight. He played some great hockey with the Capitals after this. Also, Jonathan had reputation as a cowardly fighter as he usually kept his helmet on during fights.
